🔄 Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased Remember Pro and it's not showing as active:
- Open Remember
- Go to Settings (bottom-right tab)
- Tap Remember Pro
- Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used when you originally purchased.
💳 Subscription & Billing
All purchases are handled by Apple. To manage, cancel, or get a refund for your subscription:
🤖 AI Features Not Showing?
Remember Pro's AI features require Apple Intelligence to be enabled on your device. Go to iOS Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri → and make sure it's turned on. AI features are only available on compatible devices.
📱 Widgets Not Updating?
- Long-press the widget → Edit Widget to reconfigure
- Remove and re-add the widget to your home screen
- Open the main Remember app to force a data refresh
🗑️ Accidentally Deleted Something?
Remember has a 4-second undo window — a toast appears at the bottom of the screen after any deletion. Tap Undo quickly to restore it.

- Does Remember sync across devices? Yes — if iCloud is enabled in iOS Settings, your data syncs automatically via CloudKit.
